Mrs. Savitski has been my piano teacher for almost a decade. She has taught me many valuable techniques and exercises. In college, where I am mainly practicing by myself, I am still using those techniques and exercises, which help me master the piano pieces. I am missing having Mrs. Savitski sitting by me, as she is able to pinpoint even the tiniest flaws in my playing, on which I can improve. That level of detail is remarkable.

Mrs. Savitski has a kind and approachable personality, which helps students warm up to her quite quickly, creating a positive relationship, which enhances the learning environment. Furthermore, lessons are not just about strict adherence to the music sheet, but she also encourages own interpretations, bolstering our creativity as musicians, as well as bringing color to the seemingly black and white music sheets.

Throughout this time, not only did I grow as a piano player, but I was also able to develop patience and perseverance, as learning a skill such as playing the piano requires time and commitment. During times of insecurities, Mrs. Savitski would be there always trying to boost my confidence, encouraging me to improve and most importantly, showing me the joys of the piano.

Now that I am in collage and am not guided by her teachings anymore, I realize how much I miss her and how much she has helped me grow as a pianist. I whole-heartedly recommend Mrs. Savitski as a music teacher and a friend.

My son Max had a privilege of having piano lessons with Mrs. Savitski. She became my son’s first piano teacher when he was merely six years old. From the start, Mrs. Savitski impressed us with her patience with our vigorous son. Almost effortlessly she adjusted her approach to his character, while keeping the learning process going and shaping my son’s attitude toward learning.

Mrs. Savitski understands well that the formation of such a young person largely depends on the relationship that a teacher builds with the pupil’s parents. This cooperation facilities and accelerates the formation, as well as ensures that the teacher’s efforts are more effective and successful. For that reason, Mrs. Savitski encouraged me and my husband to observe the lessons she had with Max. If we were not able to attend, she kept us informed on a regular basis about our son’s progress and the challenges that we needed to overcome. She taught us how to practice with Max at home and how to organize his daily routine.

The progress our son had pleasure to experience with Mrs. Savitski far exceeded our expectations and demonstrated to us what a qualified and dedicated teacher she is. Not only did Max learn the technique, but he also fell in love with piano music and with the instrument itself.

Mrs. Savitski was a piano teacher of our son Dominik for 6 years. The piano lessons were part of the formal musical education at the F. Chopin’s Primary Music School in Warsaw. Mrs. Savitski is a wonderful person and a teacher. Like no one else, she can explain complex technical problems, motivate to practice, and encourage to put emotions and heart into the music. But that does not completely describe who Mrs. Savitski is. She is a charming, delightful, nice, and amusing person with a great sense of humor which can cheer up every child.

I really hope that other people will appreciate Mrs. Savitski the same way as we did. Future students and parents of Mrs. Savitski should consider themselves lucky to have such an exceptional piano teacher.
